Shipping is FREE for all rugs and pads in the continental United States by UPS. All rugs are in-stock and will take approximately 7-10 business days for delivery. Three payments not valid on rugs under $1000 dollars. No sales tax in all of USA (California residents excluded)

RETURN MADE EASY 
If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied, simply return your order within 90 days of purchase for exchange, less the cost of return shipping.

When returning the package MAKE SURE the rug is a securely wrapped and that the rug number and your name is printed on the package. Once the return is made please contact us by phone or email to provide the tracking number.

Return items must be in the original condition of purchase or additional fees may be added. No refunds exchange only within 90 days of purchase. Exchanges must be for items of equal or greater value.
